Navigating Life Without A Map

For 25 years, I've been learning how to navigate life after a diagnosis changed the direction I thought my life would take.
I've learned that not every challenge can be solved with a plan. Sometimes what we need most is space to pause, reflect, and find our footing again.
Navigating Life Without A Map grew from that experience because sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing where to go. It's learning to trust yourself when the old map no longer applies.
For those standing at a crossroads...
For people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly dissatisfied with where they are in their lives, but don't want to be rushed, fixed or talked into a version of themselves that doesn't feel true.
I provide a safe, quiet place to think clearly again.
What we can explore together...
Let's slow down enough so you can...
make sense of what you're carrying
separate your own voice from everyone else's opinions
remember what matters to you
identify one next step that feels manageable
This is not therapy and not hype-driven coaching.
It’s clarity, reflection, and grounded support.

At 24, I thought I knew where my life was going. Then a diagnosis changed everything. Over the last 25 years, I've learned that some challenges can't be solved with a better plan. Sometimes the map disappears, and we need a different way forward...
